My name is Richard Blenkinsop. I am an artist, illustrator and designer from West Yorkshire. I have over 10 years experience and have worked with many clients and companies. All my work is original and freehand using different pens, inks and paper.
I have always been passionate about art and started to take my work to a professional level over 10 years ago. As well as having pieces of commissioned artwork worldwide I have worked closely with a number of companies and clients, these include local magazines, musical artists and logo designs.
I work with a wide range of colours using different pens and inks, this allows me to broaden my ideas and become a lot more creative with my pieces. I use an assortment of handmade paper of different textures, colours and thickness from around the world.
My inspiration is taken mainly from nature and my love of the outdoors as well as my passion for music and other cultures from around the world whether it be past or present.
As well as being an artist and illustrator, I design and print t-shirts with my own original artwork.
